Spinach and Watercress Soup
Chicken Liver and Brandy Parfait, Red Onion Chutney, Ciabatta Toast
Warm Goats Cheese Salad with Mixed Leaf, slow roast cherry tomato and honey dressing
Main Courses
Marinated Breast of Chicken, Creamy Rosemary Cannellini Beans, steamed sprouting broccoli, Salsa Verde
Pan-fried Pork loin Chop served Sea Salt and Pepper Roasted New Potatoes, Slow Roast Vine tomatoes, Flat Mushroom and Tarragon and Dijon Mustard Butter
Baked Fillet of Hake topped with so frito(slow cooked Spanish onion and vine tomato) served with sauté potatoes and mushrooms with rocket salad and basil oil
Aubergine and Parmesan Bake served with Leaf Salad
Desserts
Lemon tart served with Blackcurrant sorbet
Chocolate and Praline Tart served with Amaretto Ice cream
Rhubarb Eton Mess (crushed meringue, Rhubarb compote and Chantilly cream)
